<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guess user needs and to display a necessary conversation sentence only by inputting the demand of an initial opportunity. SOLUTION: The demand to be an opportunity is menu-selected from a table 1 or it is inputted by a demand sentence by the system of 'wanto to ...'. A demand analysis part 6 analyzes the demand to be an opportunity, and indicates a question for narrowing down the demand content when the scene of the demand cannot be specified. When the scene is specified, the question for furthermore narrowing down the demand content is presented, and the demand content of the user is specified. An optimum conversation selection part 7 selects the conversation sentence by the language of a second country, which expresses the specified demand content and displays it on a display part 9. Thus, the demand of the user is automatically guessed and the target conversation sentence is displayed only by menu-selecting the demand becoming the opportunity or directly inputting it by the demand sentence.</p> |
