PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up display processing in respective client machines and to facilitate the unified management of screen display information in a whole system in the case of a client/server system. SOLUTION: All picture information-related files 11 and 12, which are required for the display processing in the respective client machines 200 constituting the system, are stored in a server machine 100. Control programs for automatically down-loading an attribute information file 11 and fixed screen information file 12, which are fixed information, among the picture information-related files 11 and 12 stored in the server machine 100 to the client machines 200 connected to the server machine from the server machine 100 as an initial processing after line connection completes, are incorporated in the server machine 100 and the respective client machines 200. The display processing in the respective client machines 20 is executed by using the attribute information file 11 and the fixed screen information, which are previously down-loaded in the initial processing. |
