PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently compress a large quantity of address data and to preserve it in a storage device with a small capacity by registering data where a dwelling place, mask data and an extension postal code number are made to be a group in a conversion table based on the dwelling place. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a device 1 consisting of a conversion table managing device, a compression restoring device and an arranging device 1, LAN 2 such as an internet, etc., an input means 3 such as a keyboard and a mouse, etc., and an output means 4 such as a display and a printer, etc. The device 1 is also provided with a storage means 5 and a processing means 6. The processing means 6 is provided with a mask data generation processing means 17 generating mask data for picking-up the configuration part of the dwelling place from the dwelling place and a register processing means 13 registering the dwelling place, the extension postal code number and mask data in the conversion table 7. By the configuration, data where the dwelling place, mask data and the extension postal code number are made to be the group is registered in the conversion table 7 based on the dwelling place. |
