PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user able to save the handling time of part of speech change in list data by executing the conversion automatically into the part of speech of a register and erasion destination even when the part of speech notation of a register and deleting source is different. SOLUTION: The document preparing device is constituted of a microprocessor (CPU) 1, keyboard 2, a data analyzing part 3, a word list data 4, a dictionary 5, an analysis character storing buffer 6, a register and erasion source part of speech character string list table 7, a part of speech peculiar character list table 8, conversion part of speech taking-out parts 9, 10, a conversion part of speech storing buffer 11, a conversion candidate selection control part 12, a register and deletion control part 13, a part of speech setting control part 14, a display part 15 and a format designation control part 16. Word list data for registering and its format are set so that conversion is automatically executed into the part of speech being register and deletion possible even when the expression of the part of speech is different by a series of action. Moreover, the part of speech which has not been discriminated is automatically converted into the part of speech which is equally designated so that register and deletion are made to be possible. |
