END SURFACE SEALING MEMBER IN CABLE CONNECTING CASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely apply various cables having different diameters to the entrance and exit of a receiving case body without a sealing tape by forming an end surface sealing material of a pair of compression plates and a gel member and forming an insertion hole and a slit for a support wire and a cable in the compression plates and the gel member. SOLUTION: An end surface sealing member 6 comprises a pair of compression plates 61 and a gel member 62 composed of a flexible resin interposed between the compression plates 61 . The compression plates 61 and the gel member 62 are provided with a plurality of through holes 15 of a support lever to facilitate assembling, and they can be compressed by the compression plates 6 well-balancedly from both surfaces of the gel member 62 . Therefore, a sealing property is improved by swelling the gel member 62 in the circumference of a support wire and a cable inserted through respective insertion holes 13, 14 and also slits 131 , 141 are completely sealed and at the same time the gel member 62 is swollen on the peripheral side of an end surface plate to press it against the side wall part 5 of a case as well, thereby being able to excellently maintain the water-tightness of the end surface sealing member 6.
