PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose connecting port which has a large connecting strength and leakage preventing effect, easy processing and welding operations and makes it possible to effectively connect a hose. SOLUTION: The hose connecting port 100 for an outer plate comprises a pipe drawing hole 11 at the metal outer plate 12 of an apparatus to draw the end of a copper pipe 10 from the interior of the apparatus through the hole 11 and a rubber hose 13 connected to the end of the pipe 10. The flange 15 covering the outer peripheral edge of the hole 11 is welded to the outer peripheral edge of the hole 11 of the plate 12 by using a metal support cylinder 1 having the flange 15 covering the outer periphery of the hole 11 at one end and an engaging part 16 externally engaged with the end of the pipe 10 at the other end and an annular expanded part 17 externally engaged with the hose 13 at the intermediate, and the part 6 of the cylinder 1 is welded to the engaging part of the end of the pipe 10.
