<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a updating writing/reading method for data of a non- volatile memory 3 in which efficiency of updating writing is good, and which is in less danger of losing data. SOLUTION: In writing/reading data of a memory 3 performing deleting operation by a command before updating writing, an updating writing/reading/ deleting control section 14 is provided, when data is written, if there is a record in which data is already written in discrimination information added to a physical position in which data of the memory 3 is written, the physical position in the memory 3 is changed to a physical position in which data can be written without requiring deletion operation, and data is recorded in writing discrimination information. When a record in which data is written is not registered, data is recorded in writing discrimination information in the present position, further, when the control numbers of a physical position in which data is written exceeds the prescribed numbers and further data is written, deleting operation is performed, after discrimination information and data in the controlled memory 3 are deleted, data is written.</p> |
