PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely measure position, speed, azimuth of a moving body without applying any special alteration to the moving body. SOLUTION: When a global positioning system(GPS) signal can be received normally, relationship information between absolute speed and the like of a moving body based on the GPS signal and relative speed and the like based on an inertia sensor 5 is computed in a computing control unit 3, especially in a speed computing processing unit 41, an azimuth computing processing unit 42, and a position computing processing unit 43 in a movement detector. When the GPS signal cannot be received, information on the actual speed and actual azimuth of the moving body is computed by using the relationship information and the information such as relative speed. |
