PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the reaction of the electrode material of a positive electrode or a negative electrode due to contact with a polymeric solid electrolyte, so as to maintain a high battery characteristic such as a shelf life, even in the case of using the copolymer of an acrylate monomar and/or a methacrylate monomar for a polymer in a polymeric solid electrode, and provide an excellent charge and discharge characteristics or charge and discharge cycle characteristics at the time of use as a secondary battery. SOLUTION: Regarding a solid electrolyte battery fitted with a polymeric solid electrolyte 3 between a positive electrode 1 and a negative electrode 2, a polymer in the polymeric solid electrolyte 3 is made of an acrylate monomar and/or a methacrylate monomar. In addition, the abundance ratio of an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester group contained in the total ester group of the polymeric solid electrolyte is kept equal to or less than 5%. |
