PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunctions due to the output signals of a fine pulse width and to shorten convergence time when the frequencies of two input signals are different for more than double. SOLUTION: Circuit constitution for outputting the output signals of the pulse width equal to the input signal according to phase difference output signals or the inversion signals of the prescribed one of the input signals, R-S flip-flops 20 and 30 to put it concretely, is disposed in the output stage of a phase difference detection circuit 10. The UP signals and DOWN signals of the phase difference detection circuit 10 are inputted respectively to the set input terminals of the R-S flip-flops 20 and 30 and the inversion signals of first and second input signals are respectively inputted to reset terminals. By the constitution, regardless of the phase difference of the two input signals, the output signals of the pulse width equal to one of the two input signals are outputted at all times. |
