PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality by improving and stabilizing the quality management of a glass more by engraving a glass more mold number by hot end just after glass more production. SOLUTION: A bottle molded by a bottle producing machine 1 is not on a moving belt conveyer 2, changed onto an annealing entrance conveyer 3 by a ware transfer 3 and introduced into an annealing furnace 6. Just before the ware transfer 3, the existence of bottle is announced to a controller 43 by bottle existence sensors 40 and 41, laser beams are emitted from a laser marker to the bottle to be engraved at the position of a die number engraving part 4, and a mold number and a trade mark are successively engraved onto the bottom of the bottle. Since the mold number and the trade mark are applied by engraving, the defect of heat resistant check generated at the shaped sections of mold number and trade mark can be eliminated. At the same time, when the image of mold number is sampled by a CCD camera, it can be sampled as a uniform and sharp mold number image, and a mold number recognition rate is improved. Besides, since the mold number is engraved after molding, the fixed sharp mold number image can be always sampled and stable mold number recognized is enabled. |
