PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the digital still video camera convenient for circulation or arrangement or the like of a picked-up image by easily finding out a desired image among images picked-up and stored in a storage medium. SOLUTION: A picked-up image is converted into digital image data, the data are compressed and stored in a storage means 106 and the image stored in the storage means 106 is displayed on a display means 104. In this case, an image entry means ancillary to the display means 104 is used to write a 2nd image onto the displayed image and an image processing means 103 is used to synthesize the original display image and a 2nd image written on the image and the result is stored in the storage means 106. |
