PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute conversion into a Chinese sentence from a Pinyin input with a small-amount key operation by inputting only a part of alphabets of a pinyin head and displaying a Pinyin candidate group with the capital letter of the alphabet. SOLUTION: The Chinese sentence document processor is provided with an input part 101 capable of inputting the alphabets of Chinese pronunciation called as Pinyin, a Chinese character conversion processing part 102 executing a processing such as Chinese character conversion, etc., based on the inputted alphabets, a display part 103 displaying the document and characters and a control part 104 controlling the Chinese character conversion processing part 102 and the display part 103. Only a part of the alphabets of the Pinyin head is inputted so that the Pinyin candidate group with the capital character of the inputted alphabets is displayed in the display part 103. A setting part 105 for change-over setting the two input modes, a whole Pinyin input mode and a selection Pinyin input mode, is also provided and the input part 101 is provided with a transparent touch panel which is formed integratedly with the display part 103. |
