PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the collation of a travel fare. SOLUTION: Automatic charging terminal equipments 2A and 2B communicate with an IC card 1 on the side of a vehicle and deliver a vehicle identification code sent from the IC card 1 to a processor 3 and the processor 3 calculates the passage fare for the travel zone of the vehicle with this vehicle identification code as a key. On the other hand, by a navigation system composed of a global positioning system (GPS) receiver 8 or a CPU 13 on the vehicle side, the passage fare is arithmetically found from the judged passage route of the vehicle as well. Both the passage fares are displayed on a liquid crystal display 11A so that the collation of fares can be performed.
