<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control each mobile object in real time even when a carrier area is wide and mobile objects are large in number by determining a mobile object moving to a moving destination from other mobile objects in a neighboring area and determining a representative mobile object as the mobile object moving to the moving destination when the other mobile objects do not exist in the neighboring area. SOLUTION: A central processing unit 23 calculates the distance up to an unmanned carrier transmitting the calling of a manager by defining the positional information added to the calling of the manager and the positional information acquired by a present positional acquisition means 22 as references and transmits a manager's response and the identification number when this calculated distance is a stipulated value or below. The positional information and the identification number of the unmanned carrier are registered in a storage means 24. Thus, when the manager does not exist in the neighborhood, the unmanned carrier controls the operation of the neighboring unmanned carrier in the same way as a conventional repeating base station. When the manager exists in the neighborhood, the unmanned carrier operates as only a mobile object.</p> |
