PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a high sensitive measurement of bacterial soluble lipopolysaccarride antigen by using aqueous extraction relief liquid such as negative ion type polysaccharide, especially heparin, and thereby reducing inter ference generated by positive ions. SOLUTION: In a test tube containing a specified quantity, e.g. 600 microul, of extraction relief liquid such as heparin a genital swab taken out of a patient who has doubtfully caught chlamydial pathogenic fungus is put, and after being incubated for about 10 minutes at the temp. of about 80 degrees C the tube is cooled for 5 minutes. Next, after the swab is taken out thereof and disposed, a plug having a hole including a filter-plug is fitted in the tube, the liquid therein is discharged through the plug (filter), and thereby a transparent liquid sample which contains chlamydial lipopolysaccaride antigen extracted for the use of sandwich assay or competitive assay is provided. Accordingly during the measurement of lipopolysaccaride antigen, interference generated by positive ions is reduced, thereby assuring a high sensitive measurement. |
