PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable manufacturing in a short time, sticking and fixing a tube to coated optical fibers so as not to be easily disengaged each other and easily filling an adhesive at a prescribed filling volume in a prescribed filling position inside the tube. SOLUTION: In the end part, the coated optical fibers 3 constituted by applying a covering layer 2 on the outer side of the optical fibers 1 are loose-fitted into the tube 4, and the tube 4 is stuck to the coated optical fibers 3 via the adhesive 5 filled in the clearance between both in the tip end part of the tube 11. Further, the adhesive 5 is set to have the coefficient of visciosity V satisfying 20Nsm<-2> <=V<=100Nsm<-2> and the fiber drawing strength F satisfying F>=2.7×10<6> Nm<-2> . |
