PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle navigation device provided with a desired passage place setting function with which roads are retrieved corresponding to the desired passage place condition inputted by a user, and then the retrieved roads are selected for setting as a desired passage place. SOLUTION: When a destination, for example, a registered destination is inputted for completing setting, a search condition specifying screen is displayed (S10), and a passing point designation is designated on the screen (S11), and when registration place of the passing point is inputted (S13), the map with the inputted registered destination as the center is displayed (S14), and a set key is pressed (S15), for setting the passing point (S16). And, when place changing of the registered destination under map displaying is performed, or when registered destination is not designated at the beginning, a cursor in map display is set at a spot and the set key is pressed, for setting the spot as the passing point (S17). Thereby, when there are a plurality of roads, for example, express- highways, urban express-highways and usual roads such as prefectural roads, etc., near a desired passage place, since selection means are provided for a user, guiding to the user's intended point is possible. |
