PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent production of sludge in a succeeding process to a developing process of a photosensitive recording material by spraying a liquid not used on a roller and/or from the roller to the entrance of the post treatment part. SOLUTION: An automatic developing machine has a developing zone A2 by dip developing method and a rinsing zone B2 succeeding to the developing zone A2 . The developing zone A2 includes a developing tank 50 for dip development and a carrying means to carry a photosensitive recording material into the developer in the developing tank 50. A concentrated replenisher for the developer in a tank 16 for the concentrated replenisher or a diluting water in a diluting water tank 18 is sent by a pump 9g to a nozzle pipe 11f and sprayed through the nozzle pipe 11f around squeeze rollers 13d disposed in the rear part of the developing zone. Which is to be supplied to the nozzle pipe 11f, the concentrated replenisher or the diluting water, is selected by closing or opening valves 51a and 51b. In the rinsing zone B2 , the photosensitive recording material 1 is cleaned with water, squeezed by squeeze rollers 13b and carried out. |
