PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent darkening and whitening phenomenons in the case of simultaneously driving a first liquid crystal display part and a second liquid crystal display part. SOLUTION: To the respective electrodes of the second liquid crystal display part 1b formed on a liquid crystal display panel 1, a voltage (1/4VL) for which a driving voltage VL is positively and negatively turned to 1/4 with the voltage (1/2 V.,) for which the driving voltage VL supplied from a second driving power source 4 by a second liquid crystal driver 5 is turned to 1/2 as a virtual ground is imparted. In a selected waveform, the voltage exceeding the saturated voltage of liquid crystal is applied in selected parts and thus, the liquid crystal is turned on. On the other hand, such a voltage is not applied in an unselected waveform. Then, in such a second liquid crystal display part 1b, the DC component of the voltage supplied by the second liquid crystal driver 5 is cut by a DC cutting circuit 6 and the one for which a bias voltage (1/2VH) generated by a bias circuit 7 is applied to the output whose DC component is cut is imparted to the respective electrodes of the second liquid crystal display part 1b.
