PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to improve the pressure resistant hardness of a header pipe by providing the flat bottom formed with a plurality of tube coupling ports, a pair of vertical walls formed with a plurality of tube guide grooves extended from the ports, and a bent part at the pipe. SOLUTION: The outside part for forming a first horizontal surface 451' is bent in a circular arc state by a header pipe to form a semicircular bent part 435. The tube coupling port 447 disposed on a flat bottom 449 is a through hole formed by cutting the part of the flat plate material in a width direction, and many ports 447 are arranged at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction of the flat plate member. The end of the tube of a heat exchanger is inserted into a header pipe via the port 447, and coupled by brazing. A tube guide groove is formed inside a vertical wall 450. Both sides of the flat plate member are fixed adjacent to one another at the position making it possible to braze, and the hollow part of the pipe which makes it possible to pass heat exchange medium is formed therein. |
