PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a function for water immersion prevention for a long period by providing a water immersion preventing means which can prevent water from entering the towing tool for a long period. SOLUTION: This towing tool has its jacket 8 and a grip component 30 having an anchor part 16 for an optical fiber cable, and at the base end part of the grip component, a seal part for waterproofing is provided; and the seal part is provided with internal walls 40 and 41 having a slight radial interval to the optical fiber cable at a mutual interval along the length of the optical fiber cable. Further, a recessed part 35 which is filled with a sealing material is provided between those internal walls. |
