PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the stability of an SVC control by restricting the fluctuation of a DC intermediate voltage during a sudden change in current command for a voltage type inverter functioning as a reactive power compensating equipment SVC. SOLUTION: A DC voltage fluctuation compensating circuit 16 has a fluctuation component signal iLd of a d-axis current command and a q-axis current command signal iLq as inputs, and performs the rotated coordinate transformation in the leading direction of an equivalent transformed angle ϕ of a control delay in a control system or the like in accordance with the rotated coordinate transformation matrix [A (ϕ)] and outputs a d-axis current command signal id1 and a q-axis current command signal iq1. In addition, a deviation signal (id1-iEd) between the signal id1 and an output signal iEd of a DC intermediate voltage control system is formed; and this deviation signal and said signal iq1 are respectively made correspondent to the d-axis current command signal id* and the q-axis current command signal iq* for said inverter by providing a required circuit configuration comprising a sinϕ setting section 17, a cosϕsetting section 18, a multiplier and arithmetic operators 10b and 10d. |
