PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter equipment by reducing the size of equipment and decreasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: This equipment uses a DC voltage as its input, has a converter circuit 2 for converting it into a half-wave sinusoidal voltage of a positive pole and negative pole of the voltage value corresponding to the width of a drive pulse, and an AC output voltage is obtained from its output. In this case, when a plurality of pulses are generated between half-period of an AC output voltage and switch circuits 3 and 4 provided at the output line of the sine half- wave voltage of the positive and negative poles of the converter circuit 2 and a positive half-wave sinusoidal voltage is formed based on said pulse signal, the switch circuit 4 is set to OFF state and the switch circuit 3 and the converter circuit 2 are driven. When forming a negative half-wave sinusoidal voltage, a control section 5 is used which drives the switch circuit 4 and the converter circuit 2 with the switch circuit in OFF state. The control section 5 modulate the width of each pulse of the pulse signal in such a manner that the AC output voltage becomes a sine wave AC voltage. |
