PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a charge/discharge cycle characteristic by inserting an aluminum alloy plate into a recess on the inner surface of a sealing plate by applying pressure, and electrically connecting the periphery of the recess and the periphery of the aluminum alloy. SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy plate having the outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of a recess is inserted by applying pressure into the recess on the inner surface of a sealing plate 2 also serving as a negative terminal, and the periphery of the recess and the periphery of the aluminum alloy plate are electrically connected to form a negative electrode 5. A positive electrode 4 formed in a pellet shape, comprising a positive electrode material, a conductive material, and a binder is housed in a case 1 also serving as a positive terminal through a positive current collector 7, and the case 1 and the sealing plate 2 are sealed through a separator 6 and a gasket 3. |
