PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage controller circuit which can handle load dump conditions and can be manufactured by using a low-voltage process by preventing a source voltage from reaching a load dump high voltage. SOLUTION: This controller based upon a band gap is constituted by having the 1st terminal part of its resistance R1-1 connected to a voltage Vcc. A 2nd voltage level shift circuit is constituted by connecting the drain of a transistor(TR) M102 to the 1st terminal part of a capacitor C14. A 2nd path element is constituted by connecting the collector of an NPN TR Q18 to a voltage VIN2. Consequently, the source voltage never reaches the load dump high voltage and is never exposed to high voltage conditions. Further, a 1st TR has its base grounded, so it can withstand a higher voltage under the load dump conditions, etc.
