<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a cause disabling automatic adjustment based upon data for automatic adjustment when the adjustment of a control parameter is disabled. SOLUTION: When a control parameter can not be automatically adjusted, a cause disabling automatic adjustment is displayed (step 170) based upon positional deviation data between set position data and current position data, the real acceleration data of a robot 30 and the count data of an abnormal data counter. Consequently an operator for the robot 30 can know which cause disables the automatic adjustment of the control parameter and easily grasp whether the cause of a trouble is in the robot 30 or a PID controller 20 without requiring expert knowledge or experience.</p> |
