PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a majority decision operation or the like with simple constitution, reduce the circuit scale, improve the operation speed, and reduce the power consumption, by constituting a circuit and a system which perform concurrent operation processing. SOLUTION: Electric charges are supplied to a charge transfer channel 2 from a charge supply part 1 as a negative charge source. A pulse IG is supplied to an input gate 4, and the charges are transferred. An input signal from a processing circuit is supplied to IN of a gate electrode 3. Charges corresponding to the input level are sequentially transferred in accordance with pulsesϕ1-3. The charges are transferred to an FD part 7 in accordance with the OG level of an output gate 6, and outputted to a sense amplifier 10. The stored charges in the FD part 7 are reset in accordance with the level of a reset gate 9. As the result, concurrent operation of high speed and precision is enabled at low consumption power. As compared with the conventional concurrent operation circuit, circuit scale is remarkably reduced, and the manufacturing yield can be improved.
