PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of a tube plate so as not to generate cracks at the root of a flat tube by clamping and fixing between a tank main body and the tube plate inner surface through reinforced bolts. SOLUTION: An internal screw thread is threaded at the center of a nut member 6, fixed through brazing to a part between neighboring flat tubes 1 located at the widthwise center of a tube plate 2. A tank main body 5 is provided with a bolt penetrating hole and a boss unit 9 is projectingly provided at the upper end of peripheral rim part of the hole. The end of the flat tube 1 is brazed and fixed under a condition that the end of the flat tube 1 is penetrated through the tube penetrating hole of the tube plate 2 while a tank main body 5 is fitted into the annular groove 3 of the tube plate 2 through an O-ring 4, then, the rim part of the annular groove 3 is bent to form a caulking part 3b whereby the tank main body 5 is fixed to the tube plate 2. In this case, a tank reinforcing bolt 8 is penetrated through the bolt penetrating hole of the tank main body 5 through a seal 10 and the tip end of the tank reinforcing bolt 8 is clamped by a nut member 6. |
