PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a means which easily decides specifications and reduces the decision omission of specification and the erroneous decision of specification. SOLUTION: At the time of deciding the specification of an object system, the information on processings to be executed in the system are expressed by plural processing steps and the flow of products among respective processing steps as a job flow, which is fixed, and further a control frame being information with a control procedure for executing the processing steps in the job flow expressed by a function blocks and control information transferred among the function blocks is fixed in advance. Further, the specification of a realizing means for realizing each function block is fixed as specification parts with respect to the function blocks in each control frame. And, a job flow is specified to select one of corresponding control frames to select the specification parts corresponding to the function block of the selected control frame. |
