PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce the condition of an accident even thereafter by monitoring the state of holding paper moneys in an integration part while closing a shutter by generating leaving of paper money or any discharge error, and storing the time when some abnormality is generated. SOLUTION: When an account number and an amount are inputted by operating function keys, paper moneys are conveyed from a safe through a conveyer path under the control of a controller 13. In this case, when the discharge error of paper money is generated, processing for collecting paper moneys is performed and next, the shutter is closed by turning off a solenoid. After the collection of paper money is confirmed, the execution of paper money collection is printed onto a journal and next, it is confirmed based on signals from photosensors SC5-SC8 whether paper moneys are present or not. In this case, when the absence of paper money is judged and the paper money to be originally existent is eliminated, the time when that paper money disappears is written in a memory 16. Then, when a clerk reset key 39 is operated, the error state is displayed on a monitor and the generation of abnormality is printed by a printer P. |
