PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure high range precision, to miniaturize a device and to reduce a manufacturing cost by respectively arranging a light emitting element and a light receiving element on a surface and a rear surface of a substrate mount ing electric parts. SOLUTION: In the inside of a body 20, the light emitting element 17 consisting of e.g. an infrared light emitting diode, etc., and the light receiving element 18 consisting of a light position detection element, etc., having an optical signal detection function are mounted respectively on the surface and the rear surface of the substrate 19 consisting of an opaque member mounting the electric parts, etc. A reflection mirror 22 converts its optical path by reflecting the luminous flux emitted from the light emitting element 17, and a flood lens 16 converges the luminous flux to flood it to an object 21. Then, a light receiving lens 15 receives reflection signal light reflected by the object 21 to converge, and the reflection mirror 23 reflects the luminous flux to convert its optical path, and the light receiving element 18 outputs an electric signal according to the incident position of the signal light. |
