PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately set the capacity of a metallic lithium foil on a negative electrode current collector, and implement a work for attaching the metallic lithium foil easily and efficiently. SOLUTION: A lithium foil attaching device 10 is equipped with a negative electrode transfer means 20 for carrying a negative electrode current collector 1, a lithium foil transfer means 24 for carrying a metallic lithium foil 22 to the negative electrode current collector 16, and a transcription means 26 having the capability of attaching the metallic lithium foil 22 to the negative electrode current collector 16. In this case, the metallic lithium foil 22 is attached to the prescribed positions of the negative electrode current collector 16, after cut to the preset length. Thus, the capacity of the metallic lithium foil 22 on the negative electrode current collector 16 can be easily and accurately set. |
