The shaft consists of in-situ cast foundations (11), walls, banking parts (41) to define a water level, and a water suction extractor (51). The walls are formed by ring-shaped construction elements (12) of a plastics compound material, which are anchored in a base plate via positive elements (124). The banking parts are formed by elements of the ring-shaped walls, and adjustable regulators or barrage planking (41). The suction extractor consists of a suction pipe (51), fitted from above into a suction shaft (5), and removable fastened to the walls. The pipe intake aperture is located at a distance above an outlet (122), between an intake (121,31) and the baking parts.
