To the bobbin axis(8) installed inside the rotary body(1), the bobbin of the pile yarn(21) is fitted, having the pile yarn that is winded in the bobbin injected, then driving the motor, the rotary body is rotated. And steel belt(5) is rotated by the guide roller(7), passing through the inside of the rotary body, thus the pile yarn is rolled on the steel belt, while, on both sides, polypropylene baseband(22) is provided, proceeded to the ultrasonic adherent device(12), and winded inside the ultrasonic adherent device, allowing the part of both sides of the pile to be stuck to the baseband.
