Polytetramethylene eterglycol and 4,4'dimethyldiisocyante are compounded and under the nitrogen gas, polymerized to produce the preliminary polymer. This polymer is melted in dimethylacetamide to be cooled, after which, ethylenediamine-1,2-prophyelenediamine as a linear diamine, ethylendiamine-1,2-cyclohexandiamine as a circular dimaine, and diethylamine as a monoamine are solved in dimethylacetamide, then the solution is added to the polymer to obtain the polymerized solution.
