A wireless key-phone (500) of multi-channel access system is provided, which includes a line matching part (100) for matching lines to transmit/receive a predetermined voice signals and control signals through the lines, a pulse code modulation part (200) for transmitting signal input from the line matching part (100) after pulse code modulation or a predetermined demodulated signal to the line matching part (100), an RF trunk (300) for radio communication processing between the pulse code modulator (200) and the terminal telephone sets (620,640,660) by the multi-channel access system, and a controller (400) for control the channel determination to transmit the voice channel among a plurality of channels in the RF trunk (300) and the functions of the pulse code modulator (200) and the line matching part(100), wherein the terminal telephone sets (620,640,660) are to be a wireless handset.
