The dispersion controlling method in an unmanned guard system comprises the steps of connecting each of plural households to one common porch equipment by a bus system, providing a multiple number of the common porch equipments coupled with each of the households in the bus system and connecting the common porch equipments to a control apparatus of a centrally managing room by the bus system, and transmitting data and control signal between a plurlaity number of the households and the control apparatus of a centrally managing room centering on the common porch equipment under a state that wires between a plurlaity of the households and the control apparatus of the centrally managing room are separated.
