<p>A trolley (21) comprising a substantially planar frame (22), an elongate supporting plate (24) transversely mounted relative to the frame for supporting a load, at least two rollers (25a, 25b) mounted underneath said plate and parallel to the frame, and a gripping member (23) in the shape of a bar secured to the frame, lying in the plane of the frame and engageable by the hand of a user. The two rollers comprise a front steerable roller (25a) provided at the front of the plate (24) and arranged in a first plane that substantially coincides with the plane of the frame (22), and a fixed rear wheel (25b) provided at the back of the plate (24) and arranged in a second plane that is parallel to the frame (22) and offset from the first plane in such a way that the centre of gravity of the load being transported is located between said planes. The trolley is useful for transporting small loads such as suitcases, briefcases and the like.</p> |
