<p>An open horizontal refrigerated display cabinet comprising a main cold air system (6) with higher-speed blow nozzles (9), e.g. with a flow rate of around 2 m/s, for forming a cold air curtain (R), and a baffle (D1) arranged at the cold air recirculation point (10) for reversing the direction of a mixed air flow having a lower temperature than the ambient air so that it flows back over said cold air curtain and thus forms an intermediate mixed air loop (B). Said display cabinet is particularly suitable for frozen or refrigerated food.</p> |
