<p>The compound 5-(2-ethyl-2H-tetrazol-5-yl)-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-1-methylpyridine of formula (I) improves cognitive performance and attenuates injury-reduced reductions of cholinergic neurones in traumatic brain injury models and is useful for the manufacture of a pharmaceutical preparation for the treatment of traumatic brain injury.</p> |
