<p>Disclosed are topical compositions for regulating the oily and/or shiny appearance of skin. The compositions contain: (a) an active for regulating the oily and/or shiny appearance of skin, said active consisting essentially of one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of niacinamide, pyridoxine, panthenol, and pantothenic acid, in an amount that is safe and effective for regulating the oily and/or shiny appearance of the skin; and (b) a cosmetically acceptable carrier for said active. Also disclosed are methods of regulating the oily and/or shiny appearance of skin by topical application of such compositions.</p> |
