MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POLYESTER FIBER WITH SCREW SHAPED SLIT IN THE DIRECTION OF FILAMENT AXIS

The polyester undrawn yarn(1) is loaded in the creel part(2), and is passed through the tension guide roller(5) and the 1st drawing roller(3). The drawing ratio is 10-40% less than the regular polyester fiber drawing rate. Passing through the 1st drawing roll(3), it is heat treated, the temperature in the 1st heat treatment part(6) is 60-70 degree C and that of the 2nd heat treatment part(7) is 80-150 degree C, it is passed through the 2nd drawing roller(9), rolled up and a polyester fiber is produced.
