Semiconductor charge pump circuit

The charge pump circuit (100) controls the transistors (MOS1, MOS2) and the charge pump circuit (101) the transistors (MOS3, MOS4) in order to pump charges from the capacitor in unit (102) to the output drive (200) with its load (M). The output drive is between a voltage source and earth and the first two transistors exercise a first control and the second two transistors a second control. If the load is a motor, the first control is over the forward or backward rotation of the motor and the second control is over the backward or forward rotation.
