A dimethylterephthalate 1000 is reacted with an ethyleneglycol 640, a 5-sodiumsulfurdimethyl isophthalate 45.7, a sodium acetate 1.3, and the temperature is kept from 150 to 220 degree C for 3 hours, subjected to the ester exchange reaction. When methanol flows out more than 95%, having the ester reaction stopped and a polyethylene glycol and a sodium dodecilbenzenesulfonate 40, a trimethylphosphoric acid 0.46 and an antimony trioxide 0.38 are added and the temperature is kept to 240 degree C, agitating for 20 minutes.
