The device has cutters (10,11) for cutting the edge strips of the length of corrugated paper (2). The cutters move transvers to the transport direction (1) of the length of corrugated paper, independently of the longitudinal cutters (8) for cutting the part lengths of corrugated paper. The discharge conveyors for the edge strips move transverse to the transport direction of the corrugated paper. Each cutter has a rotary driven cutter disc which swivels on a vertical suspension axis. Each cutter disc has a transverse carriage.
