Aggregate 20, e.g. a fuel injection pump, has a housing 10. An actuator 13 in a protective housing 14 can, for example, shut off supply of fuel K through line 18. Actuator 13 only allows the vehicle to run with authorization from code testing device 11, which in turn is connected to code evaluator 17 (e.g. an immobilizer) by control line 16. Device 11 and actuator 13 are connected by control line 19. Hollow shaft 15 encloses line 19 securely. The shaft may be formed as a bore in the wall of the aggregate. Actuator 13 may be mounted on top of the aggregate, and device 11 beneath it, where it is harder to interfere with, and may be easier to cool. Control line 19 may be at a higher voltage than aggregate 20, so that if the line is broken, there is a short circuit, and the vehicle cannot be moved. |
