PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable evaluation of diagnosing and treating effects simultaneously by allowing determining of information on respiratory insufficiency and arrhythmia of outpatients and home-care patients simultaneously. SOLUTION: A portable type unit is always mounted on a living body for 24 hours. Electrocardiogram information of the organism is collected by an electrocardiogram collecting section 200 while the degree of oxygen saturation of arterial blood and pulses of the living body are detected per minute by a degree of oxygen saturation of arterial blood detecting section 300 to be stored into a cassette magnetic tape device 400 together with counted time information by a time counting section 500. Heart rate, pulse rate and the degree of oxygen saturation obtained from the electrocardiograms thereof at the same time thereby enabling determining of information on the respiratory insufficiency and arrhythmia simultaneously.
