PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deposition of raw material powder on the front surface of a partition ring by constituting this partition ring so as to have the front surface of a prescribed width along with the rear surface of an upper pestle holder and to face the rear surface of the upper pestle holder by having a clearance. SOLUTION: The raw powder supplied atop a rotary disk 3 from a supply port successively disposed at the bottom end 2a of a hopper 2 are evenly gathered onto the rotary loci of respective mortars 4 by a feed shoe 11 during the operation of this tableting machine. The raw material powder leveled off evenly by leveling-off ribs 11b soar up slightly but the feed shoe is formed to a tunnel shape covered with the feed shoe 11a at its front surface and, therefore, the casual splashing of the soaring up raw material powder does not arise. The front surface of the cross wall part 15b of the partition ring 15 faces the rear of the upper pestle holder by having the clearance of 0.05 to 0.10 and, therefore, the deposition and drop of the raw material powder do not arise. The amt. of the raw material powder to be packed is increased and the production of the tablets having excessive weights is prevented. |
