PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous apparatus for treating raw fishes by forming respective principal parts constituting the apparatus into one series with conveying means and mechaniz ing most of operations. SOLUTION: This continuous apparatus for treating fishes comprises a part B for removing unnecessary parts capable of feeding the raw fishes from a feeding means A to plural machines for removing the unnecessary parts and removing and carrying out the unnecessary parts, a part C for placing the raw fishes in boiling cages and loading the boiling cages thereon capable of transferring the raw fishes into the boiling cages, loading and carrying out the boiling cages by a required number, a part D for steaming and boiling the raw fishes capable of feeding the loaded boiling cages to many boiling vessels installed side by side, steaming and boiling the raw fishes, then taking out the boiled fishes from the boiling vessels and carrying out the boiled fishes, a part E for allowing the steamed and boiled fishes to cool capable of receiving the loaded boiling cages from the part D for steaming and boiling and moderately cooling the steamed and boiled fishes during the transfer thereof in a place for allowing the steamed and boiled fishes to cool, a part F for releasing the loaded boiling cages capable of releasing the loading of the boiling cages, separating the boiling cages into each stage and carrying out each stage with a conveying means, a part G for finishing and processing the steamed and boiled fishes capable of taking out the steamed and boiled fishes from the boiling cages, finishing and processing the steamed and boiled fishes, transferring the resultant fishes to processed product cages and carrying out the processed product cages and a part H for accumulating the processed product cages for loading the processed product cages carried out from the part G. |
